4 Stiffener bars. The stiffener or hanger bars are designed for two uses. One is to stabilize the track to the flooring surface as cars go by and the other is to stabilize the top of a loop. The stabilizer bars include both Velcro tape and rubber stoppers. The Velcro tape is used for carpeting or rug flooring while the rubber pieces are used for tile, hardwood and other smooth surfaces. When using the bar to hold the top of a loop a suggestion is to place a box vertically and slide the bar into the box.
